At LWTech, I’ve focused on strengthening faculty support by helping develop and promote the eLearning Faculty Resource Center (FRC). The FRC serves as a centralized hub where instructors can quickly access Canvas support, training resources, and documentation to manage their courses more efficiently.

A key part of this work has been creating short instructional videos using Guidde. These step-by-step tutorials help faculty complete common Canvas tasks, troubleshoot issues independently, and build confidence using the LMS.

In addition, I facilitate live faculty training sessions on topics such as using discussion checkpoints, improving Canvas accessibility, and building stronger online learning experiences.

Overall, these projects reflect my ability to combine Canvas support, instructional design, and faculty professional development to improve course quality and support student success.
