I am an experienced technology professional with a decade of service in education, specializing in support services, project management, troubleshooting, course development, technical writing, teaching, and training. My passion lies at the intersection of education and technology, where I aim to enhance learning experiences and workplace efficiency. My work is driven by creativity and having a growth mindset, with a focus on improving outcomes for learners and educators.

I hold a BA in Mathematics and Information Technology from Northwest University and a Full-Stack Web Development certificate from the University of Washington. I am currently pursuing a M.Ed in Digital Education Leadership at Seattle Pacific University, which is expanding my expertise in integrating modern technology such as AI into educational settings. This program deepens my understanding of educational philosophies and how digital tools can enhance learning, allowing me to better serve the evolving needs of educators and students.

As a former teacher, my goal was also to inspire young minds to embrace a growth mindset, solve problems creatively, and use available resources to overcome challenges. I continue to apply these principles in my current work by helping others adopt and integrate new technologies into their personal and professional lives. My strengths in project management, teaching, and technical training uniquely position me to contribute meaningfully to education technology, particularly in asynchronous learning, course content development, and LMS administration.
