I am an experienced technology professional with over a decade of service in education, specializing in support services, project management, troubleshooting, course development, technical writing, teaching, and training. I hold a BA in Mathematics and Information Technology from Northwest University and a Full-Stack Web Development certificate from the University of Washington. Currently, I am pursuing an M.Ed in Digital Education Leadership at Seattle Pacific University, which is deepening my expertise in integrating modern technologies, such as AI, into educational settings. This program enriches my understanding of educational philosophies and the role digital tools play in enhancing learning, equipping me to better meet the evolving needs of educators and students.
