Who I am
An educator and more
I’ve spent over a decade working in education, wearing many hats. Throughout my career, I have supported technology initiatives, managed projects, troubleshot technical issues, developed courses, written technical documentation, and taught and trained students and professionals of all ages. What drives me most is being at the intersection of education and technology, finding creative ways to make learning more engaging and systems more efficient.
I hold a Master of Education in Digital Education Leadership from Seattle Pacific University. Through this program, I had the opportunity to complete projects that explored the integration of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, with effective instructional design practices. These experiences, combined with my professional background, have strengthened my skills in course design, asynchronous learning, technical writing, faculty training, and learning management system (LMS) administration.
As a former teacher myself, I have always aimed to inspire learners to think creatively, solve problems, and leverage the resources around them. That philosophy continues to guide my work today, where I enjoy helping educators and organizations adopt new technologies in ways that are meaningful, practical, and impactful. My experience in project management, training, and content development allows me to design learning experiences that are both engaging and effective.
Outside of work, I balance life with fitness, sports, creating fun content, and spending time with my family. I bring that same energy and curiosity to my professional work, always looking for ways to innovate and improve learning experiences. Please take a look at some of my work below!
